Millefiori

... literally means "a thousand flowers" in Italian. Pronunciation is a bit of a conundrum; it should be mee–lay–fee–ori in Italian, but in English (you can find loads of examples by googling "pronounce millefiori") it tends to be either meel–fee–ori or mee–leh–fee–ori (the 'e' being short, as in 'bed').
